Day 01 : Your arrival in Kathmandu (1,350m/4,429ft)
When you arrive at the Tribhuvan International Airport, the representative of Orbit Alpine Adventure receives there. Then, he or she transfers you to the hotel, which is booked for your accommodation. After getting some rest, you can take a visit around Thamel that is the tourist hub of Kathmandu.

Day 02 : Drive to Bhotang Village (1800 m/5,906ft) -7 Hours
You start the travel early in the morning after having breakfast from the hotel in a private jeep or a public bus. You drive along the off-road by crossing Melamchi Bazaar crossing the Indrawati River. You can enjoy the dramatic vistas of Himalayas and wonderful landscapes barren and covered with green forests.
Finally, you reach Bhotang Village which is a mountain village dwelt by Tamang, Newar and Bishwokarma ethnic group. You can find the typical Tamang culture and tradition followed by the pastoral Tamang community there. When you reach there, you can visit the local schools like Bhotang Devi Secondary School of the community.

Day 03 : Trek to Nasimpati (3.700m/12,139ft) -8 Hours
After having breakfast, you begin the trekking through the rugged trail that passes through the lush jungles of Langtang National Park. You can observe diverse flora and fauna of the national park. Walking for about eight hours along the uphill and downhill track, finally you reach Nasimpati for the night rest at a tented camp. You can enjoy the stunning view of the mountain peaks of Langtang region, Rolwaling and Jugal Himal.

Day 04 : Trek to Panch Pokhari Lakes (4100 m/13,451ft) – 4 Hours
Today, you begin the journey to Panch Pokhari Lakes, a group of five holy lakes situated at the elevation of 4,100 metres. By covering the gently steep track through the dense forests of Langtang National Park, you reach the pilgrimage site. These alpine freshwater lakes are dedicated to Lord Shiva, the supreme deity of Hindu religion. Panch Pokhari is the world’s 9th highest altitude wetland supporting a large variety of flora and fauna to maintain biodiversity.
If you plan Panch Pokhari Short Trek in the third week of August, you can observe the crowd of Hindus and Buddhists. During Janai Purnima Festival, there is a pilgrimage to Panch Pokhari Lakes for about seven days. A large number of pilgrims from Nepal and India visit this holy site to pay sincere homage to Lord Shiva. You can enjoy the astounding vistas of Dorje Lakpa (6,966m), Madiya (6,257m) and Phurbi Chhyachu (6,637m). Similarly, the picturesque view of Jugal Himal (also known as Baden-Powell Peak: 5,825m) is the other striking feature. As there are no teahouses around Panch Pokhari Lakes, you spend the night at a small huts built for the pilgrims and visitors.

Day 05 : Trek down to Bhotang village – 9 Hours
Get up as early as you can to enjoy the sunrise view of the snowcapped peaks of Langtang and Rolwaling Himalayan Ranges. After taking breakfast, you begin the journey by descending along the rocky trail passing through lush forests. You can have occasional glimpses of wild animals and birds during the journey. You can also sight the alluring outlook of Jugal Himal, which is the closest mountain from the Kathmandu Valley.

Day 06 : Drive to Kathmandu – 7 Hours
Today, you begin the retreat overland trip to Kathmandu along the off-road and blacktopped roads. You can relish the Himalayan view of Mt. Gaurishankar, Jugal Himal and Langtang Himalayan Range. Crossing the rivers, bridges, forests and distant view of mountain villages, you arrive Kathmandu. Then, the representative of our agency shifts you to the hotel. In the leisure time, you can go shopping or take a stroll around Thamel to collect some souvenirs and garment items. In the evening, the agency organizes a farewell dinner party at a cultural restaurant around Thamel to owe our respect to the guests.

Day 07 : Final departure
This is the final day of Kathmandu Panch Pokhari Lakes trek which you have already done successfully! The team member of the agency transports you to the Kathmandu Airport as per you flight schedule.
